DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

Easy Gateway respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications.

Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

As a publishing platform featuring articles on design, luxury, and Arabian culture, Easy Gateway values original content. We strictly prohibit the unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials on our website. We dedicate ourselves to protecting the rights of copyright owners and will respond to valid infringement notices.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Easy Gateway in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may send a written DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must be a written communication provided to our designated agent.

Your DMCA notice must include the following elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information sufficient to permit us to locate the material on Easy Gateway.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. We will review compliant notices and take appropriate action.

Counter-Notification Process

If we remove your content in response to a DMCA takedown notice, you have the option to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright infringement claim. Your counter-notification must be in writing and sent to our designated agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following elements:

  • Identification of the material that Easy Gateway has removed or disabled access to, and the location where the material appeared before removal or disabling.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district in which Easy Gateway may be found. You also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward it to the original claimant. We may then restore the disputed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
